Hand Sanitizing Gel - Explanation of Ingredients
SD Alcohol 40: Derived from grain. Used as an antibacterial agent.
Glycerin: An organic compound that improves smoothness, providing lubrication as a humectant.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice: Derived from the aloe plant. Contains soothing, moisturizing and healing properties.
Isopropyl Palmitate: A palm oil based emollient, moisturizer and thickening agent.
Manuka Honey: Derived from the nectar of the flowers that grow on the Manuka plant, indigenous to New Zealand. Contains natural antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic properties.
Panthenol: A form of Vitamin B that is derived from plants. Used as a humectant, emollient and moisturizer.
Allantoin: An organic compound derived from plants. Used to heal, moisturize and soften skin.
Tocopherol acetate: A form of Vitamin E that helps prevent free radical damage in the skin tissues.
Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose: A gelling and thickening agent derived from cellulose which is the structural component of the primary cell wall of green plants.
