Customer Service - Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Honeymark can ship products anywhere in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Shipping charges are determined by the United States Postal Service. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD. This does not include orders shipped via Express Mail service or international orders (outside the U.S.). Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance, even in the instance of a return/exchange.
Shipping rates are based on standard U.S. Priority Mail prices and are set by the United States Postal Service. Our website has access to real-time U.S. Postal Service rates which are predicated on weight, service method (i.e. Priority, Express) and destination. Our system will present the shipping cost prior to closing out your order. You will have an oportunity to see the shipping price before your credit card is charged and your order is processed.
We are not responsible for your order once it has been shipped. Our policy is to ship the order to the address that you request your order to be shipped to during the check-out process. We cannot control how the post office handles your package, nor can we control how foreign customs handle packages. However, if there is a problem, our Customer Service Representatives will do their best to assist you in resolving the matter.
We ship all orders via U.S. Priority Mail (unless Express Mail is requested) with delivery confirmation. The U.S. Postal Service usually delivers Priority Mail within 2-3 business days and Express Mail within 1-2 business days. However, the Post Office does not guarantee the time that it takes to ship a package and neither does Honeymark. If your order does not arrive within 2-3 business days (for Priority Mail) or 1-2 business days (for Express Mail), you may not be entitled to a refund. Sometimes the Post Office takes an extra day or two to deliver packages to their destination. Please know that Express Mail does not always mean "Overnight" delivery to the Post Office. However, under normal circumstances, Express Mail packages are delivered by the next business day if the order was placed early enough the day before. When calculating the ship date, please do not include Sundays or U.S. holidays. If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it could take longer for you to receive your package.
International shipping usually takes 6-10 business days. However, shipping time could vary depending on how fast customs works in the country the package is being shipped to. The cost paid for shipping on our site should be enough to deliver packages directly to a foreign destination. However, in some rare cases, customs in other countries feel compelled to charge an additional fee at the time the package is delivered. We, of course, have no control over this and are not responsible for those fees. We do not offer Express Mail services to international destinations.
If you include your e-mail address when completing the online form during the checkout process, we will e-mail you tracking information for your package. You can track your package on the U.S. Postal Service website at www.USPS.com. Since we use the U.S. Postal Service, we can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO destinations.
If you are sent a partial order due to an item being out-of-stock, we will send you the products that are in stock immediately and then the backordered items as soon as they become available. You will not incur additional shipping charges in this instance.
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, we will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee.
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third-parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
We do not have a showroom and our warehouse is not open to the public. Therefore, orders may not be picked up from our location. All orders are mailed directly to the customer or to whatever location the customer requests.
There are some countries that do not allow for the importation of honey (i.e. Australia). We cannot be responsible for packages that are confiscated or detained by foreign customs for this reason. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your country. In the event that your package is confiscated or detained by customs in your country because they do not allow for the importation of honey, you may not be entitled to a refund.
Our shipping philosophy is very simple. We want to get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible. We are not in business to profit from shipping. Our customers are charged what we are charged by the Post Office. In addition, we do not charge handling fees.
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we recycle and reuse shipping boxes and other packaging materials. We encourage our customers to do the same.
